mods don't work HELP (Fallout 4)

installed mods manually and via nexus but mods are not working.
in the nexus when you try to activate the mod to get the error

Yes, it's the most reliable option in the manual to put

I agree , actually that complicated , took the file or the plugin , threw it in a folder and all......now even easier , no need plug-ins to register , in a hidden folder AppData.....
