Harsh Russia, Baikal (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Help somebody!! Installed the mod with the map SEVERE RUSSIA BAIKAL R3, at version 1.24.2, disabled DLS Scandinavia and second, the map is loaded, not thrown out, but can't choose the city for the garage and no deliveries at all. how is it treated? may incorrectly started the game?
