can't find the version (Empire: Total War)

Hello. I would be very grateful if somebody tell me where to download the game version 1.3 (I just think it's the most playable due to the lack of brakes during the storming of the fortress. IMHO)
or if somebody knows as this problem to bypass share your experience please.

Yes. brakes not all, but 95%. this is a bug since version 1.3. that is present in 1.4, etc.
the problem is that looked almost everywhere version patched to 1.5 vistavleno.
