Solved the problem this way. You need to go to the NVIDIA control Panel --> 3D Settings --> Manage 3D settings --> Program settings --> Choose the FIFA 17 Demo to customize --> Find the item - the Maximum number of pre-prepared frames option is offered for 2!
After these manipulation was smooth!

Likely a bug with vertical singhroy. In the release I think will correct
