Turn off computer during Windows boot.

Welcome. I turn, then, today, PC, the download comes to a logo, and once it disappears round the download icon, and remains, the Windows logo, after a few seconds the computer just shuts down. What could it be? A similar thing happened about a month ago, but then just download stalled (the same icon is stuck) and the power button continuously burning red (hard disk).
System: Windows 10 Pro.
