Eliza kassan (glitch in the game?) (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided)

Can anyone explain why Eliza kassan in the guise of girls from the project Chiron is in the sewers in the dressing room of the premises in quest of the Cult of personality?
Spoilerfree attempt a conversation with her the HELL is in his apartment, and repeated the conversation from ending the quest 01011000.

a really funny glitch. also faced. if you talk to her, even if done the appropriate quest, the quest re-starts the dialogue and Adam finds himself in the apartment...
