Help with camera of 3 persons (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

If you get a weapon from a 3rd person and hold F then you can rotate the camera 360 degrees and can swing a sword, but can not walk. And is there a mod or console command that we could always do so and that you could move the character around and not only beat. Well, that is roughly speaking that would have been free camera battle from the 3rd person

there are some modes on the camera. I can't remember that. there you can change it height, and position. I don't think the cinematic will be free, but to spin manually it is quite achievable through scripts.

look at the nexus, something, like, immersive camera. or just camera

animcam - Enables the camera to 3rd person, allowing you to rotate and zoom the camera around the player
