Can't take the quest from the NPC. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello! I have this problem, in the game there are quests that are marked with exclamation points, and so when torture to take one of these quests nothing happens. I approach the NPC(the little girl), push the action button but nothing happens. The latest version of the game(license), the game is fully passed, along with two additions. Don't know what it could be?
