Turbine in 1070

You have the choice between a map for 33000 (turbine and 1516 MHz) and the second for 34000 (without turbine 1620 MHz).
In brackets I have described on the basis of differences, of course still the case, etc.
Now, many in the turbine complain about the noise and the squeak of chokes, I myself am not experienced with turbines previously. Do you think I should take it?
