Can't record via shadow play

Can't record using shadow play,wood the latest,as experiens card gtx1060.Before you upgrade experience(3 versions)everything was fine.Tried to delete fire wood and software from Nvidia, and put on the net-not working.Know about the Alt+z,but neither through the hotkeys are not recorded,and the screens make properly
