Falls fps!!! (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

Play license with bots fps 130-140,as soon as I go to the server (any) fps immediately drops to 30.... Here is the system Intel Core i7-6700HQ; 4 core; 2.6 GHz; RAM 16 GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M, Internet 25Mb\s download, 15MB\s upload
