I flew 4 Chapter to Catch a train.Solution found:I downloaded the latest NVIDIA drivers version 1.0.0.0 and reduced screen resolution.

False alarm antivirus. I have Windows Defender (Windows Defender) I deleted the executable file of this game until I added it to the exclusions. The solution to popular problems of the game can be found here: https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Syndicate_(2012)
