How to connect a 4K x 60Hz monitor

Good afternoon!
The question from a not particularly fumbling person stuck in Google, I will be very happy with any information.

Briefly:
Bought a Monitor Samsung U32R590CWI with a maximum resolution of 4K and a frequency of 60 hz, but I can not figure out how to give this quality, because, it turns out, you also need to pick up the right connection (21st century Alyo, I paid $500 pancake alyo)

A:
HP ENVY 17 2016 i7-6500U CPU 2.5 Ghz (here's a list of features that I don't care about)
3x USB superspeed (usual big USB) (near every note that this port is USB, there is a SS tag. I Googled it, it's some kind of Superspeed stuff)
1x USB-C with a lightning icon, I suspect it's ThunderBolt (version I don't know how to look), in the device manager in the USB list except the usual there is some eXstensible USB 3.0 (screen in the attachment) (Googled, and it seems this USB 3.1 Gen-1 is now called after the release of Gen-2?)
HDMI 1.4

Samsung U32R590CWI Monitor
Resolution 3840x2160
60Hz upgrade rate
HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2

HDMI-HDMI cable (xz version written by Premium high speed / HEC)
DisplayPort 1.0 - DisplayPort 1.0
VCOM (firm) USB-C 3.1 (m) - DisplayPort (f) version x

On the laptop, I understand, there is no DisplayPort Alternative Mode, otherwise there would be a logo near the USB-C port.

State:
- Current:
-- When connected via HDMI:
--- 4Kx30hz or 4Kx60Hz
-- When connected via cable and adapter to DisplayPort monitor:
---'t take the signal. What exactly the monitor is experiencing I do not know, but does not show the picture, and the laptop also does not even try to blink and pretend that trying to connect to the monitor.
- Desired:
-- 4 pancakes K with a paid frequency for 60 pancakes)))

Can you tell me how you can connect them on 4K60Hz?
If it is technically impossible to make friends with them, I return the adapter and the monitor.

You have on the laptop HDMI 1.4, on the monitor HDMI 2.0, it is logical that these 60hz you will get only if they are equal, plus a normal cable. 1.4 version generally 4k60Hz does not support xD
1x USB-C with lightning icon, suspect it's ThunderBolt
No xD
Your adapter, by the way, if I found him, 60hz won't give it away, only 30 xD.
And why to connect to a laptop for such a monitor, if not a secret? Don't play games, I hope? Xd

Well, I'll leave it, I'll sit for 2k60 until I update the laptop.

If a good salary, then collect the norms of the comp on modern irons well or at least on a normal see-through that maintains modern standards of cords

If you're for surfing and kinza, you can sit for 30

Sometimes it is not completely stuck cord people - it is on the display of the port.

it's by the way about apple products that it's easier to take any note without overpaying or ideally for a home to generally assemble a hospital
