NVidiaInspector profile for ultra quality smoothing in the game (Dead Space)

Turn off V-sync and smoothing in the game, everything else to the maximum, in settings.txt (look in C: Users's profile...) if you want to expose "Control.MouseSensitivity" from 10 or higher.

didn't help, still in the game "steps" and there is no super ultra smoothing, as it says here
