Bounty hunters are missing (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Hello world! After the last update, I lost bounty hunters in the plot. Although my head is given 650 bucks. Usually after a night or at night they always appear, and yesterday spent two hours in the game no one showed up. Do I have one problem or am I not alone?

Bounty hunters pursue the player where he committed the crime. For example, if you committed a crime in Leymon, they won't look for you in New Hanover.
