Don't start the game (Resident Evil 5)

Just downloaded the game, set and all the cases. It's a version, and she doesn't want to open. Nothing happens at all, but this window opens and that's it. Who knows how this problem can be solved?

Have you tried running from the admin in compatibility mode? What's directX version? Try it at 9. It's got to work.

If you have a GOLD edition it's glitchy, and does not run many, I also had problems with the launch, had to pump the repack and all at once worked.
