Lock karma? (Red Dead Redemption 2)
It seems that there is a lock of karma and it does not rise above this mark.Spoiler
Is the further receipt of karma closed until a certain point in the game? I'm on the second chapter only, studying the world, but the plot almost does not perform.

Move more on the plot, then the mark will move. At the beginning of the story, it will not reach the maximum.

As far as I remember, after the 5 chapter the scale of honor is unlocked, which will increase it to the maximum.
