Discovery of the skill in the Tatau (Far Cry 3)

I went through the whole game, but as it turned out, I didn't have the last skill open.

it needs to commit one murder from below to discover the skill

but I passed all the outposts that is, there are no enemies in the game

How can I open the skill?
