Doesn't react after being hit by a shield (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

Periodically there is a problem that after hitting the shield I can not move and turn the camera or the Persian begins to beat several times with a shield as if some kind of sticking. Has anyone come across such a thing?
