Constant error "Couldn't run the game" (Crusader Kings 3)
Bought the game through STEAM, run through its library, but in the launcher paradox when trying to run constantly pops up the icon "Failed to run the game." The problem is not the iron, it is powerful, especially for such a game.
The Internet could not find a solution to this problem, as no one came across it in the course. The driver also updated everything, but it didn't help.
When running through ck3.exe issues an error 0xc0150004.
Please help me deal with the problem.

Other games did work with drivers who said to update the wood or invented it himself? What wood did you change? There's firewood: graphics cards, keyboards, webcams, and Microsoft Visual C's that you need in this bug.
Take a screenshot of all the files that are fundamentally located.
Look what's in the manifesto, file below.

on different forums wrote to update the drivers of both the graphics card and Microsoft Visual C. But they were already the latest version.
The manifesto says:

Reinstall - remove old ones, and re-install new ones.
There was no such problem, but I wouldn't be surprised if I earned it after that. The video card has nothing to do with it.

Remove the folder in My documents from paradoxes. This will reset all the settings and be able to start its default again. It helped me from my mistake.

Unfortunately, it didn't help either...
Okay, I'll get the money back for the game and install the pirate, maybe it'll be easier with her.

I have exactly the same problem, just from the Microsoft store. The game really starts from the 15th, just push "play." However, I conduct a "ritual", change the settings of the window mode, put "in the window," then "full-screen." It helps, but it's terribly annoying.
What to do if on the note at the start writes "failed to run the game, tried to run through the e-a-hand, writes can not continue the execution of the code, because the network did not find VCRUNTIME140_1.dll.
