Loads 100% (Call of Duty: Warzone)

Who knows what the problem might be? Config I7 7700k, gtx 1070 ,16gb ram. It's never happened before, and the game gave out 100 fps, but going into the game, saw the download of the 100% , and the graphics card maximum 50% at any settings graphics (if you raise the resolution to 4k and td then the seening is loaded, but in itself does not pull) In the game gives a maximum of frames 60-70 and then somewhere in the house where there is nothing, there are draws up to 40-50, as before the picture was written.
