Fallen phps after update (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

after a 200-mb overnight update, FPS dropped by 50% from 100 to 50, and whatever I did can't solve the problem, in other games everything can be fine at least you help.

same thing and most importantly change the settings of nothing changes the same 40 - 50 fps was 90 - 100
