Where to find things from dlc Survival Gear?! (Wasteland 3)

From the name everything is clear, installed GOG Wasteland 3 (J2340/dlc) "Digital Deluxe Edition" then DLC put, not in the inventory nor on the basis of anything from the supplement is not

YES I became of THIS, because when last year bought games for 2-3 rubles and then did not play the game and only rebooted because of bugs then decided to first watch the game and if it will cost your money then buy even if I passed on a pirate
