Bug - Ciri has no sword (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The bug is that Ciri doesn't have a sword, and when I played for her in the caer morchen, I couldn't kill anyone, and I went through this blog mission that Triss gave me, and I was hoping that the bald mountain would be fine, but that bug still showed up and I couldn't go any further.
I forgot when I hit the walls then there are sparks and sound from the sword, but I do not see it in my hand and it does not hurt anyone.
