Mr. Soror (Control)

When you first banished Mr. Weed, I went to knock him over, not fix the power plant.
I beat him, he crawled away - and no reward or aquis. And the quest in the list of missions stupidly disappeared - there is neither current nor in the accomplished.

I passed the pirate and I know that I will face him more than once - but wanted to clarify, I did not fail the trigger of the task? It's better to replay now than from the middle or the end.
