Disconnectit from server (Diablo 2)

The problem is that when I log on to the server I almost immediately discconectit. It started 07.10 in 8.30. And not only from the game but also from the site rubattle.net. Up to this day, everything was OK. A year ago I changed provider to Baltcom, I play from Latvia. Twice called the wizard, he checked everything, modem, wiring, pinged it all works perfectly, all sites, servers: LV, Ru, Com, Net all but Rubattle.net. Made a trace and pinged Rubattle
It was the result that there is a loss of packages and a link break as a result. I tried to go to THE PG with 3 different LV
providers using CyberGhost result the same... 1-2 min and disconnect from battle.net With providers of other countries the server works fine.
