Can't invest in stores (Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood)

Hello. I took over the territory, bought a shop, but when trying to invest in the store itself I press the button to invest and nothing happens although before that near the base of The Assassins was able to quietly invest in one of the shops. And this happens with other shops. Tell me maybe I didn't figure it out or is it a bug? Game license.
