Run (Cities: Skylines)

Hello world.

Recently reinstalled the wind. Now it's 10 pro stands.
Now I run the game and choose which card it just loads 25% roughly and flies out.
Previously there was a regular 10 and played normally.
My characteristics:
Processor - AMD FX (tm)-8120 Eight-Core Processor 3.10 GHz
Video card - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
RAM - 8GB

I suspect of course it's in the wind, but I think whether there are options that can still try to solve this problem.
