Lags on a good note (Assassin's Creed: Unity)

Guys, maybe he knows who's the problem. Playing Assassins such as units and syndicate very well eats phps, and the laptop is not weak (i7-9700k, GTX 1650, 8 GB ez). Even if you put below 1080 pixels and the average setting does not give 60 fps. Maybe there's a way to solve this???

I also had a note of the 8300h and GTX 1050 that saw Unity at 8 ooz when the increased to 16 play was very nice.

The operative in the single-channel mode can not cope with the game though the memory and enough. Memory is not the only characteristic.
