How to change the equipment of bots? (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands)

Played on the pirate six months ago and set the appearance of the squad as desired. Now I bought a face and completely forgot what I was doing for it. Google's giving out one shit. Can you please explain where to click? Preferably with screens.
