If RivaTuner Statistics Server was put with Afterburner, it should be in three with it, click on it with a mouse and open it. Or in the paperner itself, in the settings.

Do not run any additional overlays (e.g. Stimovskiy) with the game? - if so, try to disable it. If the game itself includes its own, for the needs of built-in monitoring (on the screen above)...

There are versions of games that do not require installation to work - enough folder with the installed game on any drive / section. When you first start, create the right folders/files/records in the registry, no problem working after reinstalling the OS.
