the Archer shoots the target. (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

normal attacks almost always by at medium distances,the arrows fall to the floor a few meters before the enemy.
and neighbors, too, often by firing,almost point blank. Varrick with Bianchi always hits the target.
what could be the problem?
