Training (Microsoft Flight Simulator)

Help me figure it out. In training, when you fly on Cess the first thing they give is to deal with the camera, look into the side windows, a free camera, center the camera and everything, then nothing happens the goals do not change, stupidly fly, the instructor pilots. What to do?
