Missing smoothing in games

A few days ago, the graphics in games deteriorated dramatically, for example, in Assassin's creed odyssey there is such a picture, in Origins the same one in one.
Demolition and re-installation of drivers did not help. Tell me, please, what might be the case?

It's not just a reset. And re-installation with cleaning according to all the rules (DDU'safe mode). It will be a clean installation.
In some cases, it helps to simply reset the settings (Tautology :)) of the driver itself.
Unfortunately, I don't know exactly how it is on Adrenaline. But there's probably something like that.
It's just a thought...
If the long-acting manipulations with the drapers do not help, then there may be problems in another software. Then I do not even know whether to look for a needle in ....?
