Bug with gatling laser (Fallout: New Vegas)

Who can help when walking around with a gatling laser using a peep-fight then gatling is on the arm just weighs like a stick and I can not remove it until the snow and then the backpack remains and when I go or run remain backpacks in the air who can help !

According to my personal observations, the bug is not associated with the laser itself, but with a modification that increases the damage, that is, if you are willing to tolerate low damage, but without a bug, it can be removed by the console, namely:
Player.removeitem 432e 1
Player.additem 432e 1
Or just put a patch and not be distracted by such shit.
