The relevance of the Rise 2700s in 2020
Who sits on this stone now, is it good to use? Do you plan to change it in the near future or does it have a reserve in a couple of years? It's going to be a good thing because it has a power of kernels - streams. 30 phps on the ultras will be able to give out for a long time. It's four to four years.

If it is now sitting on it, there is no sense to change to something (unless the work obliges to do some calculations and you need more than 16 streams, then better Intel 10900k or Amd 3900-3950s).
If I mean, whether now to take 2700s and whether it will be relevant in the future - will be relevant for exactly another year 3-4, but now to buy now zen, I would not, and looked towards the 3600s (unless 2700s can get for 4-5k rubles new or almost new, then why not, in a couple of years you will not buy for the same money. and you won't lose anything at all).

I would also look towards 3600, but I will need it in order to start editing to do, and in this case you have to take 3700s and above, but the money does not allow me yet. Ideally, you need 3950s, but for 70k I'm not ready to take it ...
2700Hs for 10-15k it is quite possible to think about it and if you change, then when there will be ranges 4000 or 5000 series with a wide choice of motherboards and perhaps become more accessible type of memory ddr5, at least, I hope so

Realistically, it sucks! I have R 5 2600 x and until yesterday I thought I had a great CPU for my money. But I was asked to assemble a PC on a b 550 chipset with r 3 3300 x x RX 5500 xT 8GB 16 GB. And I did the test in only one game and was shocked by the result, the difference was ... more than 30 FPS !!! Although I also have the RX 5500 XT 8GB of RAM.

Don't buy a zen, a use of the number of these cores and streams, they are weak and infirm !!!
