The shrinkage (DayZ)

people are all ku!. such a problem, who think give advice.
I play dayz. without recording gameplay 160-180 phps ultra. I'm starting to record (bandicam'gt;obs) on the max quality. every 30 seconds the comp starts to lay for 2-5 seconds. Recording in the shadow play of moments, lags for a couple of seconds, 20 seconds after recording 5 minutes last moment.
Config (2070sup q3600/2x8 3200 (15cl) everything fried in tests all works to cheers)
Maybe it's worth a stupid one sd at 480gb (mh500) - and there is no radel, all on one volume?? (Vinda yu-clean) ??? What do you think? At least in what steppe to look?????????
