Recipes (We Happy Few)

The simple question is, where on the map can you find recipes?
To create something you need recipes, it is recipes, not verbal description of items, and recipes written on sheets that need to be found, only after that the character studies it and in the creation panel there is a new item with the creation of the item on the found recipe.
This was my response to another post, similar to two drops of water with the first one I found and other posts.
Guys, the description of the necessary material, I do not know as in the first versions, but at the moment it is absolutely useless. Because without a recipe you can't create anything. In the example of a "padding suit," this is what you need to protect against bees. Until I found a recipe, it was impossible to create it.
So the question is - where are these recipes on the map, or do they appear by accident? some found on the tables of workbenchs, some in the houses.
