Trying to remember the Game Strategy

Played it in my childhood So there was a view from the top (Strategy) Where you had to Control the robots Like after the Mission to upgrade in opposition to them And buy a new like From say Base building is not necessary, if memory is not wrong it was possible to build turrets like what the point If someone remembers the email I would be very grateful
