There are runes Sol Lum Hel Fal Shael Dol Ko Io
The question is, what are the valued which are not? is it to digest them? If so what? What is better to sell and what to digest.

All for your own use. Saul and Hel can be sold if they want to buy them, and so you push. The rest of the runes can be digested to Lem Poole.
Don't listen to the nerds. They will tell you that single runes to the pool or even the mind are not valued at all.
Collect everything, see the recipes on the arreate (you can and on our website) and cook for yourself useful runord.
You can also put ral, sol, amn on crafting. Then you're going to be crafting 93.

Hel leave everything. They take part in a recipe for releasing busy sockets in things (often for overcooking the same rune word with other x-kami).
Lum and Ko - for weapon/armor upgrade recipes. It's good, too.
Runes to Pul to digest exactly not worth it. You can change them/sell them in packs at once. Often buy, for example, immediately 10 Tal for Pul. Usually these and prices: Pul for 10 low-level runes.
Of those that you have not listed, are valued and useful: Tal, Thul, Ort, Amn (for rw Spirit) and Ral, Ort for repairing armor/weapons or recharging. They're all collected. You can easily sell 10 pieces for Pul or exchange for any other low level runes.

You're going to salt the runes, try to steam them, take them cheaper than you wanted, you're going to need more mules and more time for "spots" and all that instead of playing.

To solve these pressing issues from next season on the pg is introduced a drop of runes from patch 1.06, that is, remove them for horseradish!!!
