The game is creepy frisit and lays on the modern iron (Battlefield 3)

I understand the game is already old, but still play it very, very nice!
there was such a problem, the game is terribly frisit and lags, phps jumps from 10 to 100 average phps about 30 times ...
stands on the ultra-fast sed from Samsung 970 EVO Plus m.2... under the R7 2700 system, rtx 2070S.... what's wrong with mine with this game, why is an 11-year-old game that loads my system with the inability to play??
