The level does not rise (Insurgency: Sandstorm)

I don't have a level in the game. Not at all.
Writes 0 level, but REALLY available breakout (I know about the bug with the display of the level, but for all the time the rink, nothing changed)
The training took place.
I've re-set the game.
There is no answer to this problem anywhere.

I have the same problem with the beta itself. About a year has passed, today downloaded, the problem is the same. The support didn't respond last time. I'm thinking of writing again, or I'm really sad.
