I can't make bombs. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I decided probably the 5th time to re-pass the Witch 3, and ran into a problem, I can not create bombs, writes that this object already I have, but I have in the inventory of only 6 types of bombs, and in alchemy there are 24, but I can not create them, the ingredients are. When meditating, only those 6 bombs that are found recover.

What are the 24 bombs in alchemy? There are only a few of them.

There's a level 3 improvement for each of the bombs: (regular (blue) ----------------excellent (brown)) for crafting the next level needs the previous one, only 8 bombs, 3 bomb schemes for 24 diagrams. For some you need rare ingredients, a polish menu of alchemy and look at the name of bombs, immediately everything will fall into place.
