Warcraft 3 doesn't start (Warcraft 3)

Hello world! I don't start the game, spin the wheel near the cursor for a couple of seconds and nothing happens.
Tried:
1) In compatibility mode (over all available options)
2) Running on behalf of the administrator
3) Rocked different repkas, the bottom one.
I have Windows 10 Home, Intel Core i5-4670, RAM-16GB, Videha Radeon RX 580 8GB.
Who knows how to solve this problem?

Try running locally through Sandboxie. But it is worth remembering that the launch on the server of the game in several windows is prohibited and punishable by a ban.

Paragraph 4.3. It is forbidden to enter the server with several copies of the game.
