Browser games

Please tell me how in the browser (strategic or economic?) the game includes a multiplayer; the questions:

1) Registers a new player, give him space on the edge of the map? (and the map expands due to this?)
2) If a player ceases to play its territory is not going away, it is necessary that somebody won?
