German Empire vs Italy and Britain (Hearts of Iron 4)

People I have a problem. Fascist Britain and Italy occupied France and on my borders they are fixed and I can not squeeze them out of there as they do me. I tried to land in Britain, but my divisions were destroyed from exhaustion and the fleet was severely damaged. Please advise what to do?
