Open the folder with MK11 (usually the address to the game folder looks like this "Hard disk with the installed game Users Username AppData Local MK11");

Inside the "MK11" folder, find a file called "Usersettings.ini" open it with a text editor (the usual "Notepad" will do);

Inside the file, find the RGBKeyLighting option and RGBPeripherals opposite each parameter, write the value "off";

Now all that remains is to save all the changes and try to start the game again.
