Chat in the game doesn't work (Team Fortress 2)
Appears chat to write turns out but that's just as you send is not visible message and when even command words do not work for example -Medic - at the bottom should reflect such a word (MEDIC!) when clicking on the letter (E ) help (by the way reinstalled already!4 Comments

Valv guys released a restriction for people with a zero level in TF2.To remove the restriction, you need (as I remember) to buy something in the MANKO store (internal TF2 store)
or have a stim level greater than 1
