Slows the game by 1-3 seconds (Watch_Dogs 2)

game-style far cry 5, new dawn, sniper contact.. Mortal X,DOOM 4, etc. at a maximum of 60-100 fps

Set the game Watch Dogs 2 and constantly hangs the game for 1-3 seconds.

loading the processor at a high 70%-80% doesn't seem to be loading much,
fps-limited is a pure 50, and so it happens to 80 comes.

Putting minimal moods doesn't help. It's the same thing. . . .

and when the interest hangs. jumps up immediately from 70% to 100% then plays a couple of minutes or more well, then the seva hovered and again 100% percent ... What does this have to do with anything?

Not a grip of the 100th?
