Robot guards broke down (Fallout 4)

There was a strange thing - the robot guards passed out. When I'm asleep, it's red, I'm up to him. He doesn't react, he sleeps me. I shot him and shot him, and he didn't care. Through the console tried disable enable but everything is useless, turned on for a moment and fell asleep again. And that kind of stuff with all the robot guards.
Why did this happen? I play on survival with mods and cheats but I am sure that it is probably not related!
Has anyone ever had that?
